Jackie has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Her experience as a Registered Dental Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth running of our dental operations for both administrative and clinical aspects of our practice. She is committed to ensuring that every dental visit delivers a stellar 5-star experience and is always available to address your inquiries and concerns. Outside of work, Jackie loves spending time with her husband and two kids.

Khrissie Orate

Khrissie's journey alongside Dr. Fong spans nearly 11 years as a scheduling coordinator. She now holds the role of our dedicated insurance expert and treatment coordinator, offering assistance to our patients in navigating their treatment plans and addressing insurance inquiries. Beyond her professional commitments, Khrissie cherishes moments spent with her husband and two sons.

Jennifer Frank, RDH

Jennifer, a Dental Hygiene graduate from Broome Community College and a Biology Bachelor's holder from SUNY Binghamton, has spent two decades refining her skills through advanced training and ongoing education. She's committed to staying current with emerging technologies to deliver evidence-based care. Jennifer excels as a periodontal therapist, focusing on patient relationships and optimal oral health. Beyond her practice, she cherishes family time and outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, and camping.

Shima Javidiazad, RDH

Shima has been in the dental field since 2014, starting as a Registered Dental Assistant before becoming a hygienist. She chose this career because she’s passionate about educating patients on proper care for oral health. She loves to give the best treatment that they deserve in order to maintain lifelong good hygiene. She loves her career and during her spare time she likes to spoil her puppy, Toffee and travel to explore new places.

Rhaliza Herrera, RDA

Rhaliza was born and raised in the Bay Area. She has been in the dental field for 5 years, became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2019 and has been a part of our team since 2021. She enjoys designing our same-day Cerec crowns and glazing them to perfectly match each individual’s teeth. She strives to make patients feel comfortable and at ease during treatment when in our office. When not at the office, she enjoys going on hikes with her two dogs, reading and discovering new food spots.

JAYMEE WONG, RDA

Jaymee, a City College of San Francisco graduate with an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting, has over 8 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant. She joined our team in 2022, specializing in oral surgery and endodontic treatment. Jaymee values a learning-focused environment and takes pride in helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, yoga, traveling, and dining out.

As a valued member of Dr. Fong's team, she ensures prompt and accurate responses to your text or email inquiries and verifies your insurance before your visit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and camping.
